We are partner of Nippon Koei (lead Firm) for the Project in Quang Tri Province , Central Vietnam and the Consortium between NK and APAVE was the Group awarded to this Project and now the Client request to change the Urban Planner in the offer for one equal or more qualified than the described in the tender and European at possible .

In Vietnam is very difficult to find the expert required  from Europe, I ask some Human Resources provider in London but they at the present time don’t have an independent consultant under the definition or qualification of Urban Planner, for that I was advised by the ICEX to contact your organization.

Please see the conditions:

1. Project Life: 1 year permanent in Vietnam with some days of vacation after the development of the Project allow to have “on Live time”, normally  is after 3 or 6 month.
2. Job title:   Senior Urban Planner Expert
3. Project expected start date/Mobilization Date: June 2017
4. What would be the duration/ input required from this expert: 1 year= 10/11 month in Vietnam, extension of contract will be decided.
5. Location for project (Town/City): Quang Tri, Vietnam (Central Region)
6. Package for expert (Salary (Tax Free)/Accommodation/Transportation Type/Flights/Any other benefits: Salary depend the qualification but according with the tender could be 12,000 usd/month + air ticket + local transport+ lodge during the engagement
7. Preferred nationality of expert: European/American/Australian, etc.
8. How many years of experience is required and in what field : more than 10 year (Senior) Urban Planner
9. Education required: Civil Engineer/Architect
