“Urban Thinkers Campus-Madrid” que ONU-Hábitat junto con la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia junto con la Asociación Española de Técnicos Urbanistas  celebra en Madrid, los días 10 al 12 de julio.

Bajo el título “El derecho en la ciudad” se aboradará la impelemetación de la Nueva Agenda Urbana, así como los principals problemas jurídidos que el derecho urbanitica está planteando.

La participación y colaboración del Consejo General del Poder Judidcial, tanto en las ponencias como en asistentes al evento proporcionará al mismo una altisima calidad académica y representative y al tiempo podrá ser una oportunidad única de diñalogo y encuentro entre la academia, el sector professional y el jurisdiccional.

This UTC will focus on the adoption of the New Urban Agenda and the European Urban Agenda, as well as the opportunities which arise: to carry out an in-depth analysis of the pillars that structure the urban systems: the right to the city, the right to make the city, and the right to ownership. By the hand of academic leaders and professionals in the field, the UTC will visit the landmarks in the policy of the urban law from an international perspective, national and local levels through intense sessions of training with wide discussion and illustrative case studies, analyzing also the main legal conflicts, resolved in case law and its implications in the city.
